USIIF organizes first - ever U.S. Real Estate Road Show to India

“One of the best sales trips ever for me” and “Very successful program, we expect sales of between $20-30 million” said Jason Lanyard, a real estate broker associated with NY-based Stribling & Associates, after the U.S. real estate road show organized by USIIF in October 2012 in Mumbai.

In October, The U.S.-India Investors Forum organized a highly successful and unique Road Show of New York based real estate brokers to Mumbai, to promote residential and commercial properties to high net worth individuals, corporate houses and senior business executives. The Road Show provided an excellent opportunity for the NY brokers to personally meet and interact with potential buyers and investors in India's business and financial capital.

USIIF provided each U.S. participant with a jam-packed schedule of personal one-on-one meetings with prequalified Indian buyers. For Stribling alone, USIIF scheduled more than 35 one-on-one meetings, through its vast contact network of Indian HNIs and wealth managers. In addition to sales meetings, USIIF also arranged for Mr. Lanyard to be interviewed on one of India’s leading business TV networks.

USIIF is currently focusing its attention on the promotion of EB5 and Regional Center Programs to Indian investors. USIIF can again play a unique and critical role, by bringing credible and pre-qualified Indian investors directly to Regional Centers.

U.S- India Investors Forum (USIIF) is a non-profit body, headquartered in Mumbai, whose primary goal is to promote the United States as a prime destination for Indian investors. Although USIIF was set up under the guidance of the U.S. Department of Commerce, it is strongly private sector focused. USIIF has established a nationwide network of Indian HNI’s, wealth managers, bankers and other multipliers.
