To give further depth to Indo-US business relations by giving primacy to Indian MSME (micro, small, and medium enterprise) investments, the US India Investors Forum (USIIF) will establish its southern chapter on May 20, in a strategic tie-up with the Federation of Karnataka Chambers and Commerce (FKCCI)

The US-India Investors Forum (USIIF), a platform to introduce US and Indian companies and facilitate new business opportunities, is set to expand its services to south India. It has been formed with the support of the US Consulate and US Commercial Service.

US-India Investors’ Forum to open southern chapter

US-India Investors’ Forum (USIIF) is formally launching its South India Chapter in Bengaluru on May 20.

The USIIF a non-profit entity and has been formed with the support of the US Consulate and the US Commercial Service. Its prime focus is to be a platform to introduce US and Indian companies and facilitate new business opportunities

India ‘priority country’ at US investors’ summit: Consul

Camille Richardson, commercial consul at the US consulate in Mumbai, today said India was priority country for the ‘Select USA Investment Summit’, to be held in Washington in March.

“This year, 2,600 delegates from around 70 countries will take part, while India is priority country of those 70 countries and Gujarat the priority state,” said Richardson, speaking to reporters here.
